Pizzeria Pera is an absolute gem! The pizza was incredibly delicious perfectly baked crust, rich sauce, and fresh toppings that made every bite amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, it feels like the kind of place you could sit and enjoy for hours. The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It's a nice and delicious pizza experience here. It is a small restaurant with limited seating capacity. Bar and coffee is also available to order and enjoy. There are limited Vegetarian options also available in the menu. As usual by default they add a service charge which can be removed on request. The food including pizza was good. Service was fast, considering only placing an order only pizza was made.

The staff were genuinely helpful and knowledgeable, and as a tourist, I appreciated that they spoke English well. The pizza was great . If you’re looking for a date night spot that’s a step above casual but still approachable, this is it. Higher-end pricing but worth it for the quality and ambiance.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had between Italian restaurants. A cozy place with polite staff in a welcoming atmosphere. The menu was quite complete, so many choices of pizza and pasta. A true Italian taste in a perfect way. The proper tase was there. Prices were reasonable. I enjoyed every bite of my meal.
Cool open kitchen. I ordered spicy pasta also one of my friends ordered "Rucola e Pesche" it was also added that without gorgonzola but still put at least quickly replaced;)
A great surprise in a small alley of the overcrowded Istiklal avenue!!! Great quality of food, pasta and pizza feeling like Italy!!! One of the few places we could easily communicate in English!!! Small, cozy spot, great service, professionals!!! Highly recommended!!!
While in Istanbul I was a little skeptical to try Italian and was I wrong. First of all the atmosphere is very relaxing even if it is a small shop you feel very intimate with the shop. The pizza is made directly next to you in the wood burning oven. The chef rolls out the dough right in front of your eyes and within 10 max 15 minutes your pizza is at your table. I had been craving some pasta as well and order the pesto pasta. Just as fast as the pizza the pasta arrived from the downstairs kitchen. The taste was unbelievable. I like to think i know good food from great food. This was one of the best pizzas i have had worldwide and by far the best pizza in Istanbul. The dough was thin which i prefer. The crust was cooked to a crisp which had a crunchy outside and soft inside. The ingredients were amazing. You could taste each bite individually and everything combined together so well. The pasta was fresh. The sauce was not overpowering but gave a great taste in your mouth. In fact I enjoyed the sauce so much i ended up dipping the pizza crust in the sauce. They provide 3 different olive oils on the table. I tried the spicy version and well i need not same much. Amazing. Highly recommend this place. Thank you chef!
